Media and the Environment

We are surrounded by Media images every day of our lives both print, film and television.  How can this be used to raise environmental awareness?  How do the adverts help persuade people to protect the environment?

In this group we will look at how the Media can be used as a tool in the fight to protect the Environment.  During the week you will look at the use of media in environmental education as well as making a media product of your own.

There may be the opportunity to work with different media in the course of the week, print, film, radio and web pages as well as computer games.
