Hi, i am a young man of Kenyan origin. We have an organization called Green Warriors Movement. This is a Community Organization founded by young Maasai Morans and we do Environmental Conservation and Community Development in Maasai Mara, Kenya.We would like to initiate a Waste Management Project for all the Centres in Maasai Mara National Reserve. These include: Sekenani, Mararianda, Musiera, Lemek, Kisher Moruak and others. The project will save our wildlife from the waste which - when swalowed, blocks the digestive system and the animal dies. The Maasai Cattle, goats and sheep are also affected because they also eat the waste and die which is double loss. As you know,my name is Jelena Babovic Najdova and I am a math teacher in the Gymnasium “Orce Nikolov” in Skopje . During the time of its 56 years’ educational activity ,this school has gone through several changes-from a school with a small number of students it became one of the biggest and most significant High Schools in Macedonia .“Orce Nikolov” has been a school with tradition, one with firmly established educational and pedagogical values.
With its new curriculum our High school students have a variety of choices concerning electoral subjects from the following areas :Literature and art, Social Sciences and Natural Sciences and Math.

I was in Denmark last year, and maybe we met there. This year we have ambitions to be a part of CEI 2009, so we are starting to work on the theme ”What can be done to overcome the waste problem in schools? A possible solution can be reduction, selection, recycling and reuse waste. “
We don’t have a partner school yet so if you are interested we can work as a partners.
Also we don’t have any experience with recycling in schools, but maybe we’ll find same prudent solution together .
