Accommodation

The conference is being held at the University of Aberdeen, Old Aberdeen. Accommodation will be within the Johnstone student halls of residence for the University. The basic accommodation will be single study rooms with shared facilities on each floor. Accommodation is also available in either twin or single rooms with private facilities within the University Hotel next to the Halls of Residence, on a first come first served basis, for an extra fee.

Conference Fees

Basic fees for the conference will be £200 or E260.  An early bird payment of £170 or E225 for delegates registering and paying the fees by 31st January 2009 will apply. Registration will open on Dec 1st 2008 and close on March 31st 2009.  All conference fees should be paid by 20th April at the latest.  Full payment instructions will be on the site from 1st January 2009. 

This includes six nights accommodation, Sunday-Saturday, all meals, transport to and from the conference from the airport, railway station or bus station.
Twin room supplement :  £66  or E88 per person, Single room supplement £198 or E265.  There is limited availability of these rooms so early booking is advised.
